Crafted by stylists, powered by precision.

years behind the chair before a single line of code was written.

12

months running a working salon on it, every day, under real salon pressure.

5

surfaces, one system: desktop, iPad, iPhone, Android and watch.

Salon owners are asking for access. The waitlist is how you get it.

The premise

Salon software was built for the back office. Your salon happens on the floor.

ManeOS was built by a salon owner, on the floor of a working salon, so the system fits the job rather than the other way round. It knows a full head of foils is not a blow dry, that development time is not dead time, and that a deposit changes what a no-show costs.

Most other systems start at the desk. They turn colour into a line item, a three-stage correction into one 60-minute block, and retention into a report nobody opens. The craft gets flattened to fit the software.

Front of house gets calm. Back of house gets the truth. You’ll know exactly where every dollar goes.

Weigh it, charge for it, count it out of stock.

An app for the iPad by the scale, for the colourist rather than the desk. Weigh the colour and developer as you mix, and the grams go three places at once: on the client’s ticket at real cost, into their formula history, and off your inventory, tube by tube. Reweigh the bowl afterwards and only what was used is charged. What’s left is waste you can see per stylist. Added on to ManeOS, for salons that want it.

Inside ManeColourBar
ManeColourBar on iPad: product cost of $28.47 against a $15.56 allowance, with two weighed bowls and their waste

03 · Online booking

Where the client experience gets elevated.

It lives on your own domain and wears your brand, so it never reads as someone else’s software. New clients answer a short consultation and are matched to the right package, or go straight to the menu if they know what they want. Existing clients sign in and book what they had last time. Either way, the system works out who’s qualified, how the services chain, what the deposit is, and holds the slot while they finish.

book.yoursalon.com.au
Your brand, on your own domain

Brand name, wordmark, logo watermark, colour and copy are all yours to set, and the page is served from your own booking domain rather than a generic link with someone else’s name in it.

Because it’s a real page and not an embedded iframe, your ad clicks keep their attribution all the way through to the booking. That is a thing most salon systems quietly lose.

Women’sMen’s
Go lighter, lived-in

Wants to go lighter but wash-and-go, or asks for a lived-in blonde.

Lived-in blondeFull head foilsRoot shadow
New clients answer first, book second

A first-time client fills in a consultation before they can book. Their answers resolve to an outcome in your own words, and you decide which package answers it. Tag nothing and they land on the full menu instead.

So you approve the shape of the appointment before it’s in the book, and a three-hour correction stops arriving as a 45-minute toner.

Know what you want? Go straight to the menu

Anyone who already knows what they are after skips the questions and picks from your menu. Looks and packages are priced as a whole, the services inside them chain in the right order, and only the stylists qualified to do them are offered.

The consultation is there for the client who does not know the words yet, not a gate in front of the one who does.

Book it again
Existing clients sign in and see what they had

A returning client enters a one-time code sent by text or email. No account, no password. They see every look they have had with you, priced at today’s menu, and book it again with their usual stylist in a couple of taps.

Their details are already on file, so the deposit is the only thing left to do.

Try it as a new client

The consultation route, start to finish, on the mock salon. Nothing you do here is saved.

01
In your words
Three questions in plain language, not four service codes to guess at.
02
The look
The answers resolve to an outcome in the salon’s words, and the packages tagged for it.
03
The stylist
Only stylists qualified to lead that look. Or any available, if they don’t mind.
04
The time and deposit
Real availability, the slot held while they finish, and a deposit exact to the cent.

05 · ManeIQ

Know your numbers before your accountant does.

Reports are the easy part. The Profit Lab is the reason ManeIQ exists: what you must take to cover costs, what a service should actually cost, what a 6% increase does to your book, and how long a service really takes versus what you booked.

06 · ManeTeams

The part that makes your stylists better, not just busier.

Goals, wins, education and the team’s own board, shaped to whatever your salon needs it for. Salon messaging belongs to ManeTeams too, so announcements and hand-offs sit beside the work they’re about rather than in someone’s personal phone.

Goals & WinsGoal cards with action steps and a pace projection read from real KPI data, so “on track” is a fact, not a feeling. Wins logged alongside them.
Education & TrainingA training tracker of milestones per stylist, and an education log with cost split, so you can see exactly what you’ve invested in each of them.
Team BoardUp to three focus items everyone sees each week, and a wall the team actually posts on. Use it for whatever the salon needs.
Salon inboxDirect messages, task hand-offs and salon-wide broadcasts, where broadcasting is a permission, not a free-for-all.
07 · ManeHR

Your team is the business. Treat the paperwork like it.

Rosters the calendar actually respects. Tiered commission your stylists can see the maths of. Leave, contracts, reviews and certifications with expiry dates that surface before they lapse, plus hiring, interviews scored on a phone, and side-by-side comparison.

The waitlist

Onboarding happens salon by salon, in order.

Every salon is migrated with its data, its service menu and its team already in place, by the person who built it. That takes real time, so access opens in small groups.

You’ll hear back with a date, not a drip campaign.
One salon at a time, in order. No newsletter, no sequence.
